Ivy Health’s pediatric ABA team is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to assist with documentation, treatment delivery, and family coaching under a BCBA's supervision. You will support clinicians, help children and families learn new skills, and communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism.
• Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
