Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric ABA team. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills.

In this role you’ll support clinicians, build professional relationships with teammates and families, and contribute to evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and ABA experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under the BCBA direction.
