Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. is hiring an on-site Registered Behavior Technician to support our ABA program in Virginia. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a licensed BCBA, helping children and their families learn new skills using effective autism therapies.

You will collaborate with clinicians, families, and the care team in a fast-paced pediatric environment, fostering growth and delivering high-quality care within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ABA Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
