Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support BCBA-driven behavior intervention plans for toddlers to teens. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, assist with data collection, and help implement behavior plans with compassionate, client-centered care.

You will work as part of a collaborative team across home, school, and community settings, with ongoing training, supervision hours, and opportunities for professional growth within a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with toddlers, children or teens, and an interest in working with individuals with special needs.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity as needed.
• Outgoing and positive attitude.
• Able to receive ongoing constructive feedback.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Desire to build a career working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to follow a BSP as written by a supervising BCBA.
• Basic data collection and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work in various settings (home, school, community) and varying schedules.
• Sound technical and computer skills with reliable internet access.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct per BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan correctly as directed by the BCBA.
• Accept constructive feedback and work to meet areas of need as stated by the BCBA.
• Prepare and assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately and timely.
• Work as a team and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers on each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Complete other job-related duties as directed.
