D & M Behavioral Solutions in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to guide RBTs in delivering ABA services part-time. You’ll run sessions, mentor peers, and ensure data accuracy while managing a flexible afternoon schedule.

This role emphasizes leadership while working hands-on with families and children in homes and schools. We offer competitive pay, a dedicated mentoring block weekly, and a supportive wellness program.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Five or more years of direct ABA experience (ten+ years for top pay).
• Experience mentoring or training other RBTs.
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Passion for children and families; positive attitude and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers ABA sessions with an assigned caseload under BCBA direction.
• Models procedures and provides in-field feedback to newer RBTs.
• Covers sessions when teammates are out and supports high-need cases.
• Assists with new-hire shadowing, treatment-integrity checks, and trainings.
• Shares front-line observations with BCBAs and Clinical Director.
• Completes data and session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
