Behavioral Progression is an ABA organization providing therapy in Central Florida. We seek dedicated individuals for RBT roles, full-time or part-time, with training and supervision to build advanced skills and meaningful client outcomes.

As an RBT, you will implement behavior plans, train caregivers, graph data, generate monthly reports, and support assessments under BCBA supervision. We offer growth, paid supervision, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Implement behavior plans and receive plan training under supervision.
• Graph client data and caregiver proficiency; complete monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with functional behavior assessments and plan updates.
