Job summary

Hope Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with clients who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will implement BIPs under a BCBA, collect data, and provide compassionate, ethical, client-centered care in community and office settings.

The role emphasizes ABA knowledge, crisis management, and collaboration with families and professionals to improve quality of life for clients served by Hope Services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and current certification as an RBT.
• Minimum two years’ experience with individuals who have IDD.

Responsibilities

• Execute BIPs with fidelity under BCBA guidance.
• Provide intensive 1:1 support for challenging behaviors.
• Implement skill acquisition programs for daily living skills.
• Record behavior data and client responses daily.
