Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. urgently hires Behavior Technicians to implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans under BCBA supervision in family homes or schools. You will collect data and assist with assessments under supervision, reporting to the supervising BCBA.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires a high school diploma, experience with children with special needs, and willingness to complete RBT training. Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with special needs.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• RBT training and BACB status requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs under ABA frameworks.
• Complete weekly program records and maintain client’s Program Book.
• Complete daily mandatory paperwork including Daily Report and Parent Signature Log.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.
