Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy one-on-one to children, under supervision, across center, home, or school settings.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification (or pursuing) with 1–2 years of pediatric ABA experience, a psychology-related bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. We offer professional development, training, benefits, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with children preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for helping others.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents, supervisor, and others to inform treatment plans.
• Provide services at center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
