Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks RBTs to deliver clinic-based 1:1 therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and closely monitor progress using Central Reach, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for each patient.

Starting pay ranges from $16.25 to $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for raises, performance reviews every six months, and pathways for career advancement and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
