Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and document progress in Central Reach.

We offer a part-time schedule (20 hours/week), paid time off, a consistent weekday schedule, and paid supervision toward BCBA certification, with opportunities for raises based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations as needed.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain performance.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
