Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking a Program Manager to support IBHS autism services in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role focuses on coordinating staff, services, scheduling, and data reporting to grow program census and ensure quality care.

You will work with clinical teams (BCBA, LBS, BHT) to align services, manage referrals, and maintain documentation in the electronic health record. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management, preferred.
• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical/behavioral health/office operation.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong staff coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day staff and services management and recruitment.
• Schedule management and operational reporting.
• Coordinate therapeutic services and intake processes.
• Maintain service calendars and deadlines.
• Collaborate with clinical treatment team to ensure coordinated services.
• Support billing through accurate documentation of weekly services hours.
