Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to supervise ABA services for children with ASD. The role includes assessments, designing and implementing ABA programs, and direct client services across multiple CA locations, with telehealth, in-clinic, and in-home sessions.

You will supervise caregivers, collaborate with families, and participate in multidisciplinary teams while staying current with ABA research and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years ABA experience required.
• At least 12 semester units in ABA considered if close to meeting experience.
• Significant ABA knowledge and familiarity with community resources.
• Experience implementing and/or designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct ABA services to clients, implementing interventions and teaching new skills.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and direct care staff, ensuring fidelity and training.
• Collaborate with families and professionals involved in the client's care.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, session notes, and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
• Stay current with ABA research and participate in professional development.
