Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to apply clinical ABA skills, conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD and other diagnoses. You will supervise caregivers, collaborate with families, and work within multidisciplinary teams across multiple client sites, with a mix of telehealth, in-clinic, and in-home sessions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ABA experience; travel to client homes is common

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required.
• Significant knowledge of ABA and familiarity with other community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Provide direct ABA services to clients and teach new skills.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and direct care staff.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and stay current with ABA research.
