Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth for teams. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms — is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
