Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies to help children with autism. We are hiring a Program Manager to serve as the onsite case supervisor, developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and training client caregivers.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree and either of the following: 12 ABA units with 1 year experience implementing/designing ABA programming
• Two years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
• Bilingual skills valued

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor and leader, developing and overseeing ABA programs
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and provide training for client caregivers
• Drive 30–60 miles daily to sites and supervise client sessions between 8 AM and 7 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekends
