Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year supervisory ABA experience required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure/certification requirements.
