Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership aligned with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

You will lead program implementation, collaborate with regional teams, and maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements while mentoring supervisees and upholding ethics.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
