Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee high-quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure timely completion of required documentation while mentoring supervisees and upholding licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
