PBS Corp. in California seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include program implementation, regional coordination, compliance with licensure and company policies, and staff scheduling. This role emphasizes leadership, clinical judgment, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
