Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and drive professional growth across teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) as required.
• Bachelor's degree and twelve semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• One year of supervisory ABA experience designing or overseeing behavior modification services.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
