Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting professional growth for teams.

Qualifications

Active state licensure as required and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year supervisory ABA experience.
Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
