PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients in California.

You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and uphold clinical and ethical standards through strong leadership and licensure requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, managing staffing and scheduling, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and mentoring supervisees while advancing PBS Corp.'s mission

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
