You will rely on clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards. Responsibilities include overseeing implementation, coordinating with regional teams, maintaining standards, scheduling, documentation, and mentoring supervisees while upholding licensure and BCaBA certification

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred or required.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
