Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• BCaBA or BCBA certification or higher preferred.
• Experience supervising behavior-analytic teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation, including E Sign and post-hire forms, is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
