The role requires active licensure, a degree in behavior analysis, and experience in supervision. Applicants should be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree, 12 units in ABA, and 1 year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor and support the development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards.
