PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include coordinating program implementation, ensuring compliance with licensure and company policies, and mentoring supervisees, all while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis; one year supervision experience in ABA.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
