Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include managing program implementation, collaborating with regional teams, ensuring documentation accuracy, and mentoring supervisees.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• BCaBA or higher certification.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
• Experience coordinating clinical service delivery and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
