Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, supporting team growth and ensuring clause adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

The role requires clinical judgment, leadership, and commitment to excellence across programs. Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, managing staffing and documentation, and mentoring supervisees while upholding licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure per local requirements.
• Maintain BCaBA certification or higher.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/state compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification.
