Qualifications

• Active state license or BCaBA/certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required by service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance) is complete.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
