Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA certification.
Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
