Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for clinical teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership.

You will supervise program implementation, coordinate regional efforts, mentor supervisees, and ensure documentation and licensure standards are met. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis.
• At least one year in a supervisory ABA role with oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification requirements and ethical standards.
