PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, supervise teams, and ensure continuity of care across programs. You will coordinate with regional teams, uphold clinical and ethical standards, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
