PBS Corp. is seeking Program Managers to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. Candidates must demonstrate clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in ABA and 1 year of supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
