PBS Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
