Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires active state licensure and BCaBA or higher; leadership of regional teams; scheduling, staffing, documentation, and ongoing professional development for supervisees. You will uphold clinical and ethical standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising staff and fostering professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
