Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
