• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation—E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms—is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
