Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, managing staffing and scheduling, ensuring accurate documentation, and mentoring supervisees, all while maintaining licensure and certification

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure and certification.
