Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients in California, ensuring continuity of care and staff growth.

You will demonstrate clinical judgment and organizational leadership while upholding PBS Corp.’s standards. Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, maintaining compliance with licensure requirements, managing scheduling, and supporting staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by regulatory bodies.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.
• Compliance with applicable state regulations and PBS Corp. standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
