PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams in California.

The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership in line with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring compliance with policies and licensure, managing scheduling, and mentoring supervisees

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
