Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support the professional growth of your teams, and uphold clinical judgment and leadership aligned with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with additional state-specific credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification as BCaBA or higher.
• BCaBA or higher certification preferred; state-specific credentials may apply.
• Compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and post-hire forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
