Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of teams.

You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with state-specific credentials may be required by service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
