Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and guiding team development.

Candidates must hold active state licensure or BCaBA certification and meet state-specific credential requirements where applicable. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence while supporting staff through performance

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
