UnityABA Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality behavioral services in Sacramento, CA. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, guide Behavior Technicians, and communicate with client families to ensure exceptional care.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%. In-person setting with full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Relocate to Sacramento, CA 95821 prior to start date (Required).
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of behavioral services under BCBA guidance.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and in-session observations; update treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBA on treatment plans and data-driven decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for families and provide parent training.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with HIPAA and ethics.
