Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California seeks a Behavior Program Manager to lead onsite ABA programs, supervise BIs and train client caregivers, driving clinical excellence.

You will manage daily operations with a BCBA-focused leadership style, oversee program development, and collaborate with families across La Jolla, Del Mar, Poway, Santee and nearby areas; regular hours 8am-6pm with occasional weekends. A strong background in ABA and a Masters is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Masters degree in relevant field.
• BCBA certification in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.
• Reliable scheduling and punctuality for client appointments and team meetings.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Excellent time management: balance billable vs non-billable hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Onsite case supervision and leadership of clinical programs.
• Supervise BIs and deliver caregiver education and training.
• Willing to drive 30–60 miles a day and supervise sessions 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays; occasional weekends.
• Support service areas: La Jolla, Del Mar, Poway, Santee and surrounding areas.
