Responsibilities

• Supervise and support behavior technicians to maintain effective service delivery.
• Guide implementation of ABA treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and implementation procedures.
• Monitor student progress and use data to inform ongoing program adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards.
