Job summary

The Worcester Public Schools are seeking a Systemwide BCBA to lead and supervise ABA services across the district. The role requires collaboration with district autism staff, teachers, and families to implement high fidelity IEP services and behavior intervention programs.

The candidate will supervise paraprofessionals, conduct assessments, and develop instructional ABA plans, ensuring least-restrictive, data-driven supports for students with autism and related disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• BCBA Certification and/or LABA certification required.
• Five years of clinical or school-based ABA experience with autism.
• CPI Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ABA and behavioral services for students with autism and related disabilities.
• Supervise ABA paraprofessionals on a weekly basis.
• Develop and monitor intensive ABA and behavioral programs.
• Provide training and professional development in applied behavior analysis.
• Consult with families and school teams to support student goals.
