Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of the teams.

Candidates must hold active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification; additional state credentials may be required depending on service location. Lead scheduling, documentation, and regional coordination to drive client satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by the state where services are delivered.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
