Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team development.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with state licensure or BCaBA certification, and align practices with PBS Corp.’s standards. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay for full- and part-time positions, and opportunities for growth and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
